可能你姿勢唔正確, 比唔到bb吸清乳房, 所以經常覺得漲! 正常到時到侯都會漲的, 那便是時候餵bb了.

is your bb still very little?
newborn?

if you feel 胸好"漲", you may pump on one side and direct breastfeed your bb on the other side

you may try to use hot shower to 'massage' the breast then do the pumping

我囡囡今日剛好1w大 我未買pump 因未決定1個月後仲餵唔餵~15/16中
