在公司泵奶後，你們會把奶放進冰箱嗎？如果冰奶在回家中途溶了一點，那回家後仍可以再放進冰箱嗎？還是要放在雪柜7天内飲用？

還是在公司泵奶後只放進雪柜，以liquid狀態帶回家再放進冰箱？?-(

我只係放响雪柜既下格, 帶回家多數當日食 (因為我本身唔多奶, 一日就食完泵出既奶.

What kind of pump (manual or electric) will you bring to office??

I'm considering to buy Avent manual pump but wonder if it'll take very long time for milk?? Can any mommy share the experience??

我第一胎時都係一日泵，第2日就清。不過今次早左d開始儲奶，所以都有少少奶儲左係屋企，但就真係唔知點雪係公司泵個d 。。。

我用電泵，到時要在公司洗手間泵。之前有個同事又用電泵係洗手間泵奶，其實都幾嘈架，其他人一進洗手間就聽到“滋滋”聲，都有d尷尬。不過電泵唔洗只手甘累，所以我都會用電泵。

其他媽媽好似話avent手泵都唔錯，你可以再問問其他用家意見。:-P

Avent 手泵好好用, 生大仔時買了兩個, 好靜無聲
那時都買了個Pigeon電泵, 扯到個乳頭損晒, 已送左俾人, 千萬不要買Pigeon既手泵, 泵到你手軟都泵唔到

I put the milk in the lower part and take them home as liquid 狀態 for next day. On Friday, I will put them in the freezer when arrive home for next Monday because they need to wait for more than 48 hours, which is over the allowed time period before drinking.

I bought an AVENT ISIS Out & About Set (including a manual pump, 2 9Oz bottles, 2 4Oz bottles, and a bag with cold pad). I can put everythings I need for pumping milk inside the bag. It is light and good looking, I think. The bag in addition of the cold pad, the milk can be kept cool for 6 hours.

好靜無聲? I use AVENT manual pump also, but it is noisy! Because the contact between the handler and the bottle makes noise. ?-( Am I using it incorrect??-(

Magicmeow, this is my 2nd week back to office. Usually I express milk 2 times a day and each time I take about 30 minutes to complete. Just to share my experience.

Just wonder how do you gals sterize the manual pump in your office??

I'll be back to office on 1 Aug, however, I found the the pumped milk level is dropping (maybe I supplement formula??). Not sure if I can continue to pump milk when I return to work...
