I only used "Mizkan" Japanese 純玄米酢 which you can buy from Seiyo, Jusco or Uny. It costed around $50 / bottle of 500ml. I knew it was much more expensive but I prefer better quality and pure. Just my personal opinion for your reference.

I took garlic vinegar for more than 6 months. Though I didn't drink everyday (forgot sometimes) but I'm not getting cold as easy as before, so does my Mom. I don't take it for keep fit but for health.

我想問下, 可唔可以用八珍個隻米醋? 有2% 同5% 酸度, 應該用邊隻? 同埋有冇更好既見意(用咩牌子既米醋) 唔該晒!!

蒜醋唔難飲,我用凍水溝,我吃飯前飲,飲完口氣有蒜味,
吃完飯就好好多。

用了一粒浸醋蒜頭蒸鱔,無整碎,粒蒜頭都幾好味噃,甜甜酸酸。

明日用來蒸排骨
