what will you do? do you have to pump outside? how to manage the breast engorgement?

and not many places has a room where you can pump... what is your soluction?

or for breastfeeding mom, we just can't go out too often / too long???

如果係regular go out例如返工, 我會約在lunch time咁上下在公司的廁所泵奶.
如果係ad-hoc去街, 好似今日我帶大仔去街玩, 我離開屋企前泵清了兩邊, 著了一個fit身夠support的bra, 玩完返到屋企距離上一次泵奶10小時我都ok, 係有谷奶 (谷到個胸實晒), 不過就唔覺痛.
我返到屋企泵清一邊, 另一邊放減d前乳先俾bb埋身食.
去街去得耐可以帶定個泵, 如果忍唔到谷奶, 可以去toilet泵減d. 若果唔方便儲存d奶, 最多唔要.

each time i can pump approx 200ml (total) and my breasts will be very hard...

我第一胎係全泵型, bb 3個月大時, 每日泵4次, 每次約9oz/240ml.
"my breasts will be very hard..." ~ 你係話泵完奶個胸都仲硬/未清到?!?-( 唔太明...

i want to be 全泵型 too, i want to know, will ur milk production decrease if only 全泵型?
like bb will not eat directly at all

and if u only pump for 4 times, hve u ever have problem like "fever..."???

平時出街,係U2/馬莎呀咁,搵個試身室,坐十五分鐘,餵好再行過,乜都唔駛帶,淨係帶片,都幾爽架
