Anyone can tall me if the battery box of toys spoiled by some worn out battery?

Any place to fix this kind of problem?

Do you mean leaking battery which made the contacts rusty?

You can try and clean the contact is they are rusty. Use some sand paper to remove the rust and try. If you have a multimeter you can test to see whether there is connectivity.
