If your kid starts schooling and you have more free time, will you return to workforce again?
I am struggling now, since my younger daughter will start schooling this sept, I don't know whether I should work again or not. There are a lot of pros and cons, I don't know how to decide.
Pros:
- can earn more income for the family
- can reduce the burden and pressure of my husband financially
- can keep myself "updated"
Cons:
- do not feel alright to let my helper to look after my 2 girls (3 and 4 yrs old) by herself
- donno whether my girls need me to help for doing homework and revision / studies
- less time to accompany my daughters and guide them for good behaviours and so on
Can anyone of you share your opinion and give me some advises.
