I hired one via this method. She is leaving in a months time. She came with wonderful recommedation and I waited fro her for 2 1/2 months. She wanted to stay out and so we had to let her go. She refued to work and we could not get help from the agent as she was a direct hire, so she can do anythings she wants. Don't try it. It is very expensive and you never know if she is good or not and you have NO SUPPORT AT ALL from the agent.
It cost around 3500.00
自己挍l is more expensive if adding up the fees from your side and the maid's side in Philippine. If you pay only your side, it may costs below HKD2000, but your maid will pay more there, of course you may not oncerned about her payment, but my personal preference is I don't want her to get into unnecessary debt. You may consider to agree on, before going into contract, that she will pay you back the ticket fees by instalments in the first few months, roughly half of the direct hire agency fee in my case.
So in short, you will pay less and she will pay less.
Inclusive of: all documentations preparation and the relevant fees in both HK and Manila, one 1 way ticket to HK.
Exclusive of: the medical check up fees and training in Manila if she's first time to work in HK.
2. 1,xxx:
Inclusive of: all documentations preparation and the relevant fees in HK only, one 1 way ticket to HK.
Exclusive of: all documentations preparation and the relevant fees, the medical check up fees and training in Manila if she's first time to work in HK
All the exclusions are to paid in Manila by the maid. After I asked the agent in details what the fees are included and excluded, the conclusion is 3,xxx all in all is less expensive paying together by the employer and the maid. If you don't care about how much the maid is paying by herself, of course 1,xxx is the cheapest way for you.
