I had search it before and found that nearly all of the hotel in Sydney (downtown or near airport) had no car parking space, normally it charged app. A$10-A$20 per night. And, motel with free car parking are not located in downtown or near airport. So, I finally booked "Hotel Unilodge Sydney" which is located in downtown and car parking charged at A$10 per night. You may visit this website www.wotif.com to search for the suitable hotel. Accommodation in Sydney during easter holiday was very tight, you've to book it soon.

I went to Sydney last Nov. We stayed at Hype Park Inn, very convenient place. just in the Sydney CBD. the room was very nice and clean. free parking (pre-requested upon booking) and free laundry.
We stayed 1 night at Standard studio at lower level (as deluxe studio were all booked out), and another night at Deluxe studo. After all, I don't feel much difference, except better view to Hype Park and less noise plus full kitchen (but i don't bother to cook anyway).
