I just moved in for 2 weeks. In Tower 2, facing the sea. It's quiet and quite convenient. Many bus routes and mini-bus stop nearby. The only setback is not much facilities provided by the estate. For example, only PCCW has coverage for broad band service, all other ISP do not have coverage.
