i just helped my daughter to 尿片 during the Easter holiday. What i did was I simply just let her wet her pants. Once I saw her "lai", I quickly put her on the toilet and told her to pee there. Usually, it was already too late. After the first 2 days of running, she started to grasp the idea. I remembered the first time she did it on the toilet was quite accidentally. She farted when she was sitting on the toilet and the peepee just came out off guard. So she sort of had an idea. And after several trials, she finally learned. Although she can control her peepee and knows when to inform me to go peepee now, she still refuses to go poopoo in the toilet. So, I have to keep trying.
Good luck to you all. another tip is also if your kid has seen other kids go peepee or poo poo in the toilet, that could help too. I worked on my kid. I told her see, just like so and so, she pee pee in the toilet.
I tried before. But she still refuses to put aside the diapers. She has also seen her cousins going to toilet, instead of using diapers. And I have grabbed the chances to point out to her but still, she wants her diapers. Some of her classmates have stopped using diapers already and she knows that.
