if you're a working mother, and the maid is the only one to take care of the children, i suggest you just give a month salary to her instead of one month notice.
I think you better choose another one instead to install a lot of web cams. They are very clever. They will find it one day and move your angle. (My colleague's experience). I have same maid like yours. Don't follow my instruction. Use her way to do all the housework. She broke my fan but she said that my daughter broke it because she was running around.
Unfortunately, I still made another 2 years contract with her. It is because my hubby don't want to hire another one. The bad-day was coming after continue her contract for 10 months. That 's a big mistake to continue her contract. If you want to know I'll tell you that long story.
