Office will be relocating very soon.......... May I ask........

Our office, total 2 persons, size of 80 sq. feet and sharing office with a company. Rental charge is HK$6,000 with all inclusive. Recently informed us that we need to move out on or before Aug 2004........So we are budgeting the misc cost, could any mum can give me some idea regarding:

1) What kind of misc. charges we need such exclusive of rental charge, management fee, electric fee.

2) Do we need to purchase "insurance".

3) Any "office moving service companyr" which can help me to pack furniture with reasonable price.

4) Companies for renovation.

5) Anythings else?

Are you going to lease another office premises? or sharing with another company again?

Basic items for a new office premises:
1) Telephone line and internet line (if necessary) set up and installation and report for address change
2) Electricity set up and pay deposit
3) Postal redirection (done in any post office)
4) Notification of office address change to your customers, suppliers, IRD, bankers, MPF, etc.
5) Preparing the stationeries of your letterhead and envelopes for address change

For moving company, I can recommend this company to you. They are very professional and reliable. They can provide you the carton boxes in advance.

Thank you for your promply reply. We are planning to lease a new office with size of 800-1000.

This time we also consider to sharing office so cost will be halfing.....

Lot of misc. things need to buy or rental such as distilled water machines, copier..........

Headache........cannot think right now!
