since u bought the hair cube in a pair. if refund bring them back both and tell them thats a defect and they will try to fix ( but surely they can't fix) then will refund to you.
may I know which color u got problem with? if u plan to refund maybe u can sell it to me. i give u back full price.. because i am collector of haircube...
