My husbad is also hv problem of 型態及活躍度不足(活躍度 is only 1 %) I try 1 IUI, the result of course is fail. My dr said only >10 % hv chance to sucess by IUI. She suggest to do IVF because it can solve all problem by 精子型態及活躍度不足 . So I think IVF can increase the chance for pregency & not gurantee. (Actually, I try 2 IVF & also failed) For yr case , because of age, try IVF is most effective way.
