They got jealousy no matter they are of the same race or not. It happens all the time with my ex-boss. He got 3 to 4 helpers at home of the same race (Filipino), they always complained each other and also the old helper will compare their salary with the new one (as their boss is paying them much higher than the minimum $3270). The boss also tried to hire a Nepalese helper/driver and the situation is the same. The Filipino helper kept comparing and complaining the other.
