I compare several banks only (i.e. HKSB, Dah Sing, Hang Seng and Chartered) and find that DBS 'Cashline' is quite low. For 100000, they offer P-1.75% in the first 6 months. In the 7th onwards, the rate is only P+1.5%.

Wing Hang Finance, it can even be zero interest rate under certain circumstances and certain loan amount! Ony handling charge is needed.
