Amanda said : Mami, you know.. it is election day today, who will you vote as a president, John Mc Cain, or Obama??
Mami: "Gosh--thinking in my mind.. why Amanda will ask me such a question"..
Mami said: hum.. Amanda, so I wonder who are you going to vote??
Amanda replied: Obama, Mami..
Mami asked: Why you will vote Obama? what is the reason you wanna vote him??
Amanda replied: because he is always on the TV, I can see him all the time. But Mc Cain's never showed up! he is no good!
Mami --thinking again.. Sigh!.. that is the reason for a 5 years old to vote a president!

When Amanda woke up this morning, we wanted to change the channel to wiggles to smooth Gabriel down..
Amanda was screaming.." do not change my channel 7 news.. I want to watch the news.."
Dad D asked: why you wanna watch the news?
Amanda replied: because I wanna know who is the president!
After she watch the Good morning America from Channel 7.. she laughed.. jumping up and down.. as Obama is her president of United State.
Mami is so surprised.. that Amanda really cares about it.. when Mami was 5.. Mami knew nothing about election, nowadays, kids know politic and social issue. Amanda is so smart!

三月媽咪,
because of their teacher.
Amanda voted it on Monday at school. Teacher explained to them why we need to vote at election day.
Also, for their society studies class, they even learnt where Obama was born and history about Obama.
(Amanda told me all stories about Obama on the way I drop her off to school and when I pick her up from her after school program)... those information even much more details then from the news..

Amanda is in K class ... 2 years higher.. she always said that she is not a Pre-schooler la.. she is a grow up..
