I also saw this last night & is interested in this.

But this machine needs us folding the A4 paper before 碎, am I right?

My hubby is so picky & want shedder to 碎 A4 paper directly.

You can explore this as well, as I recently bought this:

優點是：
1）可以連續碎一個鐘，我親身試驗，超過一個鐘都得，效率高。
2）變碎粒，保密程度好
3）噪音很小，我半夜都可以用，不怕嘈到其他人
4）A4直接碎，不用折疊。一次可以6-8張紙左右。
5）有省電模式，不用的時候會自動power save，不錯
6）機器偵測到太厚的話，有警告，紙不會硬生生送入，這個很好，可以避免弄壞機器。

If your hubby is picky, and you don't mind it's of bigger size, this is good for family frequent use.

The functions are very attractive despite that I think I don't need to shed confidential papers for 1 hr

BTW, can it be used in HK with suitable 插頭, nearly forget to ask this important question.

Thanks for reply. The machine not just looks pro but really performs pro.

My house accumulates lots of old docs bearing names / addresses / other confidential info. Not dare to just throw away without tearing them. But if tearing them manually it's tiring and time consuming, also not safe enough. This machine really helps to eliminate them in an effective manner.

Other simpler models (not this brand) I tried before. Around less than 8 mins' work the machine got its protective mechanism activated, so you cut for 8 mins but need to wait for another 20 mins or more until it got back to normal state to resume working. So this machine can consecutively work for 1 hour it's super for me.

Machine's plug is 2 flat hands, so you need an adaptor or you perform the "operation" with it to change to HK plug. Regarding the adaptor, I bought this:

The "BULL" adaptor is a famous brand. It can convert Chinese 2 hands or 3 hands in to HK 3 hands. Most important, it's safe and ready for many times of plugging. If you start to buy other mainland electrical appliances, you can consider to buy a few "BULLs" for other uses.

I start getting more and more Taobao electrical appliances at home!!
