i dunno which one is good, but i just know which one is not so worth (and probably bad, in my opinion). i tried one called hair point (九龍城福佬村道出髮點), 198 HKD per hair cut, i expect it should provide good service.
but ... the stylist has very poor technique (uneven cut on left and right, mine is just the simple straight hair), poor service (talked and talked throughout my hair-cut, but not with me, with his friends, my head is full of his saliva, and he stopped so many times just to chat with his friends + listening to phone calls, wasting my time). i think his technique + service is worth only 90 HKD.
