too early say she's good, but ok la... I think if I want the maid treat me good, the 1st thing should be I treat her good first, everythings also think about her (no need to give her the best, but try to share with her, like food, dessert, sometimes let her to take a rest...), Try to think on her position.
My hubby always said don't challenge her abilities, she worked in HK for 4 years, she is the prof maid, we should let her to do without the instructions, sometimes maybe need to advise her the problems or mistakes, but not often.. otherwise she'll feel we don't trust her.

'big wave bay' is a good place for BBQ, also has a playground for kids. Not too many people.

you didn't going out? every Sat & Sun, we like to go out for windown shopping, tea, or friends gathering, but these few days, need to stay home for heib & maid to more close, so now have time to chat (heib & hubby is sleeping).
Hire a maid, I didn't want, but can't. But to be honest, it's really good I don't need to do the household works! my friend came yesterday, she said the floor is clean, at least no hairs, no dust, hahaha...
