2歲baby晚上睡不好

仔仔剛2歲,天天晚上到了10:30都不愿睡,跑來跑去,怎麼辦??最近還開始發睥氣,稍有不順心就吵鬧.

what is his sleep schedule like? Does he still nap in the afternoon?

He may be overtired that's why having very bad temper.

嘗試下將家裏燈熄哂, 妳們扮訓覺,同他說所有人要訓覺了,以後不理他,他可能覺得冇癮, 便乖乖去訓覺.
