舊工人時代, 冇定佢幾點出去, 但要佢8點9前返到, 咁佢多數都好晏先出去, 成12點幾先出, 8點半就返到嚟, 咁多年從來冇試過遲. 之後o既工人就定咗朝9晚9, 啲新工人出去一定準9點, 但返嚟就例必遲, 話咗幾次都唔改, 就通知佢哋再遲返冇得放星期日, 自此開始準時返嘞!

Woo... My maid usually comes back home 9:30pm -10pm during holidays. I will ask her to bring the key with her on that day.

Since we will dine out / go to grandparents' home, even if we set the time as 9pm, we will not know whether she is on time. On the other hand, we all sleep at around 10:30pm -11pm, so if she comes back at 10pm, she will still sleep and wake up according to the usual schedule.

11:00 - 19:00返, 12:00出就20:00返, 遲親番就鬧, 無得放星期日 (請個陣一早講明)

On the first day, I told her that she could have rest day 9am - 9pm or 10am - 10pm. Anyway, 12 hr. off

In these five months time, she always left at around 10:30am and back home around 8:30pm - 9pm.

She told me yesterday that her sister (just arrived 1 week) left home at 7am & back home at 4pm. It is because her sister's employer lives at Tung Chung & it is a quiet place. Then I said, "fair enough, your sister's employer is very good & care about her safety".

工人放假出街既時間無定架.
如果佢有特別約會,想在8點出門,就一定會早d問過我先.但一定會煮定阿囡既早餐同執定我同阿囡出街用既野.
夜晚就大概8點到返.有時早d,有時遲d.
如果我有事想佢早d返來幫手,同佢講聲佢就會早d返.
咁如果我同阿sir阿囡都夜返,我會講比佢聽,等佢都可以夜d返,隨得佢.
我屋企係呢方面其實都無咩家規架.

You can tell her to call your mobile after she back home (use your home telephone)! Tell her you will not answer the phone just 響2下, this can make sure she is at home and is on time!

原來好多屋企都要工人7:00pm返屋企，我仲以為我要佢7:00pm返係好早添！

After reading all yr sharing, I regret to promise her return time at 9am. Becoz it's a bit rush at that time, bb and sister go to sleep. 早知我叫佢放假8:30pm番啦.
