Urgent: To fire bunbun immediatly with no warning letter, is it okay?

all,

it's the first time I employ a bunbun for 4 months but she is too...'inch' and irrespect to all of us... I want to fire her...

please advise what I need to prepare if I want to fire her with no advance notice and warning letter, is it possible?

你補足一個月人工(代通知金), + 本身應該出的糧 + 機票, PRO-RATA 計埋D大假比佢, 你要佢走, 佢無得不走.

Transportation cost from Manila Airport to their province (may be around $100 - $300).

Strictly speaking, if you fire her in the morning, you should pay her the food allowance of the day also. Just use the amount stated in the employment contract and divided by 30.

Hi Paulina,

Please take a look then.

1. One month notice or one month salary in lieu of notice
2. Pro rata Annual leave wages
3. One day, general speaking, food & transportation allowance. Usually is HK$100.
4. Last month wages
5. One-way air ticket to her home. It should be 14 days changable. You know, they have the right to stay in HongKong 2 weeks.
6. Some documents, etc.

If you want fire her without one month notice/money, you can but you will have lots of trouble to follow.

thanks for your advices.

How abt is it necessary to call the security guard up and witness she go... ??? coz some of my friend said maybe she will say I hurt her when she is fired?

P.S. My bunbun best diagolue this week...

Mom: "there's some smell from the fridge, xxx, can u clean the fridge tomorrow?" (Well, this is the third time I call her to do this but in the last two times, she just cover the food and say okay la.

)

bun: "yes, there always some smell, and if you don't want the smell, don't put any food in it loh!"

(this is the first time I heard!!!)

Let it be laa...as I decide to fire her... don't make myself too angry coz actually I did have two sleepless nights laaaa... (have other things make me very very angry....)

another brilliant dialogue btn I and she...

Background: she did the 'fu lei ji' in one Sunday and when she back to home that night, of coz with her long and straight hairs la... and in the monring of the day after (Monday)

mom: "xx, why don't you tie up your hairs?" (I've a 3 months old bb at home and I pretend not to aware of her 'fu lei ji')

bunbun: *_* keep silent and pretend heard nothing... face to the cupboard and not look at me.,..

after a minute,

mom: "xxx, will you tie up your hairs today?" (the voice and tone are polite of coz !)

bunbun: "Yesterday after church, my friend gave me a coupon and I went to the barber shop afterwards, only $200 required to make my hairs straight! and the man said I can't tie up my hairs for ONE month!"

mom: "xxx, your long hairs will not facilitate your household coz you know, when u washing the clothes, you need to take care of your long and straight hairs and your hairs will irritate bb's face when u carry him"

bun bun: *_* keep silent and face the cupboard/wall again

mom:"xxx, I want you to tie up your hairs today!"

bun bun: didn't reply and walk into the room...

One more question,

how abt the annual leave? prorata to her... and pay her $$ in addition to the one month salary in lieu of notice??? or the extra one month salary includes this already?

How abt the transportation/food... allowance for the day she back to philiphinnes??? $100 too much???

how abt the ticket? open ticket for 14 days? and how abt the expenses in these 14 days? not relate to me anymore??? right?
