Please take a look then.
1. One month notice or one month salary in lieu of notice
2. Pro rata Annual leave wages
3. One day, general speaking, food & transportation allowance. Usually is HK$100.
4. Last month wages
5. One-way air ticket to her home. It should be 14 days changable. You know, they have the right to stay in HongKong 2 weeks.
6. Some documents, etc.
If you want fire her without one month notice/money, you can but you will have lots of trouble to follow.
