甘荀有vitamin A 幫助視力發展
2.波菜三棵(只要菜葉)------切碎
煮成粥落攪圴焗3分鐘即可
波菜有iron幫助制造紅血球
folic acide幫助腦部發育
食過後沒有敏感可加入蕃茄切碎(去皮/核)
