包包材料:
bread flour 350g
sugar 50g
salt 3g
egg x1
milk powder 10g
instant yeast 6g
milk 125ml
non salt butter 30g
湯種120g (bread flour + 200ml boil water)
1. mix all ingredients except butter
2. blend x 10min then add butter
3 1st rise x 60min
4. roll into ball shapes, 2nd rise for 30min
5. prepare topping:
sugar 40g, cake flour 70g, butter 60g, egg x1,.milk 10ml, mix all
6. put the mixed topping on top
7 bake at 180 degree x 15min
