The main responsibility for this position is to perform the full spectrum of human resources and general office-administrative matters. This position entails the regular performance of (but NOT limited to) the following :
Human Resources
- Handling full spectrum of compensation & benefits, leave management, as well as recruitment activities
- Compiling employee records, tax returns and assist audit.
- ad hoc assignment by supervisor
Administration- Providing office-administrative support, including coordinating meetings, manage office environment, equipment and facilities, compiling e-filing/filing systems, procurement of office supplies etc
- Prepare and control administrative budget for management review.
- Oversee/ maintain business licenses and contract renewal of office equipment and company cars.
- Provide routine general administrative support such as payment processing and expense reimbursements.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Immediate available preferred
Working Location in Kwai Chung and Five days work (with double pay)
