got a similar case, my bun bun made me so sick. I live in a 4 bedrooms apartment, one small room for computer, one small room for my hubby and me. The master room for my mother and baby also with the bun bun. Another small maid room for my shoes and clothes. The first time she came, she asked me to clean up the maid room for her, and said she really needs her own washroom (our maid room has a small toilet). I refused her, she doesn’t like and thinks we are crazy to keep her room as a storeroom.
My mum doesn't like her, mum did a lot of things and bun bun every afternoon didn’t do anything. From 12:30pm cook for her lunch (only for herself, since my mum didn’t eat what she cook). Spent 1.5 hours for cook and eat. And 2:00pm take bath and shampoo for 1.5 hours. Around 4:00pm bible study time, until I back home around 5:30pm and everyday I saw her iron the clothes when I back home.
She can just go away without ask. Sometime she will disappeared for an hour, and after she came back, if you ask where she gone, and she will say go to supermarket for her “ladies’ stuffs” !!!!!!!
It 's unbelievable you kept her for 3 months intead of 3 weeks!! My maid is also bad which I'm now looking for a new one to replace. But , compare to yours ex-bun, it's rediculous!! If u hired her though Agent, you should kick the Agent as well.
coz you let her to sleep with your mum+ BB in MASTER BEDROOM!!!
my home has 3 rooms and 2 toilets (no maid room coz small ), I and my hubby take the suite... she and bb in another bed room and the remaining room is the study room.
She, used to clean the guest toilet (I dunno whether she has cleaned or not) but once or twice a week for the toilet inside the master bedroom!!! see, so lazy...
and she also commented my home by saying: "Mom, you know, your home is so small, no maid room, no TV for me, no Radio for me..."
and "your home has so many rubbish!!!" (coz we put the stuffs on the uppder deck of her bed...)
u hired yours for 3 months time... so for mine one, 5 months time is not too short laaa... ha ha

my bun called me day and night after being fired... asking for this and that (of coz not under labour law laaa... otherwise she must go to the labour department and sue me...)
this includes...
1. domestic air ticket (her place of origin is Manila as stated in the Contract and so I only gave her ticket from HK up to there...) but she called me at 11:30 pm saying that she has no money at all (she used the money I gave to dimiss her to pay the agent fee and has FOUND another new employer... ) making me sooooooo ANGRY!
2. Giving calls to my parents... asking also this and that and saying she is no money at all... need to pay the hostel, meals...
3. Giving calls to me saying that 'why you don't answer my call yesterday afternoon?" ?-( coz she was having interview with her new agent or employer...
4. calls for asking me to write a written letter stating why I dimiss her... and TEACH me how to say when her new employer calls me!!! CRAZY
and finally she gave me call again!!!
Saying..."Hello mum, I'm Emma, I've found a new employer, living in Tseung Kwan O, she will deliver her baby in next March or April... and I will be back to HK next March or April... so I'll not be in hk for these few months..."

Even your exbunbun got a new employer , there are
still possibility that immigration will not approve the
working visa to her !!!
Did you attach a letter that stated out all her bad
behaviors when submitting the documents to
immigration ??? It is very important since immgration
will consider this before approve the new working visa to her. If you show actual edvanience, the
immgration will blacklist her that she can not
work in HK again !!
Last year, my collegue wanted to employed a bunbun that introduced from her friend's bunbun.
They submitted the documents to immgration
and immgration called my collegue and told
her that the bunbun was blacklisted and they
didn't approve the via to bunbun.
So it is very important to sumbit a letter to
immigration to point out all their bad behaviors
after fire them !!!
Actually, I have similar experience , but I quite lucky that I pushed my exbunbun terminated the contract with me because she knew that I bought a IP camera to check what she do during my office time via internat. She hated this very much as she emphasised that :
- I have no right to norminate / interfer how she
do the household work since I didn't do it.
- I have no right to norminate where to buy the
food that I didn't eat (such as bread norally
for her breakfast)
- It was not reasonable that I needed her call my
mobile and left the message to show the time
she went out & back.
- Why I called back home during my office
The most important thing that made me didn't
here because she got lost of my son after him
Kumon lesson before 2 weeks she left my home.
I scored her but she though that I was not reasonable because it was the fault of son that
he didn't inform her that he went to toliet.
(of course she didn't keep on eye on him at
that moment because she talked with a bunbun
friend)
She worked at my family about 11 months.
But approx. 5th months, she wanted to changed
a new employer and she did something bad and
pushed me to terminated her. Everytime I pointed
out her wrong things, she said to me :
- "If you really don't like me, let me go lor !!!"
Then I replied to her immediately :
- "I will not terminate you !! If you are not happy to
work at my family, you can leave !!!"
The bunbun said :
- "I'am not in position to terminate the contract"
Finally I said :
- "I'am not in position also."
So, I knew her aim very well and I made up my
mind that I'd never terminate her , I pushed
her to obey my instruction and showed her
that it was my right !!
Right now I employed a local aunti to take care
of my son (my son is P.1 already). May be
is not so flexible as bunbun. But I can say 1 thing
that the cooking of local aunti is better than bunbun.
My son can take much right now because the dishes
is very tasteful !!
So Paulina, if your mama is also helping you in
taking care of BB, I think local aunti is better
than housemaid since their main job at daytime
is household work and cooking. 4-5 hrs per day
is okay Mon to Sat !!!
