其實天氣熱,仲要咁長時間o係露天,的確好辛苦﹗所以呢d 地方應該係冬天先好去﹗
咁熱o既天氣,我寧願留o係酒店,有私人沙灘,有泳池,阿仔都不知幾happy...

Me and my family joined a two-day tour to 東部華僑城 on 25-26 July 2009 by XXX Travel ( Octeast,http://tw.octeast.com).I regret to say that I feet extremely disappointed withthe quality ofservice at the park. My family had very horrible experiencethere. Thetheme park management looks super messy and my kids got sick afterthetrip!
First day. We were waiting for almost one hour to get our grouptickets. Worseof all we had to wait in extreme heat, under scorchingsun! The arrangement ofgroup tickets appeared to be so messy, I saw ourtourist guide running aroundand Mainland tourists were jumping into theline all the time. Surprisingly thepark’s management did not providepersonnel to keep the queues well organized. Whycould not themanagement they pre arrange the group tickets before the guestsgoinside?
Second day. We were waiting for 1.5 hours to make finger print recordforentry. It was extremely hot and crowded. The management did not makeany attemptsto arrange fans or provided visitors with cold water. Therewasonly one workable finger print machine at the entrance. How come,there wasonly one workable machine at such a big theme park???Moreoverthe machine was too slow and we were almost totally exhaustedbeforeentering the park.
Some of my tour group’s mates are elderly people and haveheartproblems. Eventually they gave up and left. This theme park shouldbecometheir grave after all!!! Can you imagine how kids feeling??
Again many Mainland tourists were jumping into the line allthe time.Some of the visitors were smoking in the queues. It is hard tobreathein such unbearable heat and if somebody smokes you can easilyfaintbecause of the lack of fresh air. Amazingly the park’s personneldid not asksmoking people to stop smoking while they are staying in thequeues. It wouldbe a huge step forward if the management of the themepark imposed smoke baninside the park and in its vicinity.
After getting through the entrance we were all full of sweatand filthybut still needed to walk up ten minutes to get to the main area ofthepark which was very hard experience.
Inside the park. Cable cars’ cabins were so dirty. Personneldidn’t clean them properly. A dirty cabin made me almost vomit!!!
The park’s staff was totally ignorant to our complaints andremarks. They simply did not care about the customers.
Is the only purpose of the park management to pump as muchas money aspossible out of the pockets of the customers? Do you careaboutcustomers’ satisfaction, about cleanness, about good image of sucha greatcountry as CHINA?!
Unfortunately, I feel really upset about my visit to thepark. Perhaps Ihad too many good expectations. It turned out that I only lostmyprecious time and money. My children did not have fun. How can I bringmychildren to the park again?! What can I say about the park to myfriends?!
