Very sad....I think as being the parents, we must always keep an eyes on the baby's emotion and physical conditions. I would also talk with my nunny about her family or her friends (causal talk) and pay attention to her emotion changes. I think those nunny who mis-treated the babies are having some psycho problems. How can a normal human to do this to a bady??!!
