Dr. Yu delivered my first BB and I am also seeing him now for my second BB. I think he is fairly thorough although he did show me black face during my first pregnancy because i gained too much weight in between visits (luckily I don't have the same problem during this second pregnancy:) He has advance ultrasound system that is capable of 3D and 4D and he spends 10-15 minutes each time to check the fetus, the process is capture on DVD.

He did scan the internal organ for both my babies (heart, spine, etc), but in a later stage (second and third trimeseter). Sometimes you might need to ask him specific questions so he can scan for you, for example he has been telling me my BB's umbilicol cord is around his neck but never in details on whether it surrounded his neck, so I asked him in my last visit and after a thorough scan he demonstrated the position to me via a measurement tape.
Yes his charges in my opinion is above average, increased around 20% since 2 years ago. I was told it is due of the purchase of 3D/4D ultrasound machine (caused over 1M HKD) and the machine to detect BB heart beat (used after 34th week of pregnancy) which cost more than 100K. I am so surprise to when I heard how much they cost.
