Dear all,

I’ve gone to my auntie’s agency last Sat and seen some videos…

Her company(she is a staff only) is not specialized in yan yan,.. just referral from others.

She sorted out few and I finally picked up two…

Details

(1) 21 years old,
2 years experience in Sing, (1 couple and 1 nephrew sometimes)
leaving reason: finish contract
(still can’t reach the phone the her ex boss)

(2) 21 years old,
3 years experience in Taiwan (caring an elderly. 3 kids, couple)
leaving reason: finish contract
(but I cannot contact her ex boss thro’ the mobile provided cos the mobile no. did not belong to that person)

see advice… whether I should pick up (1) or (2) or none and find another from another company which is specialiased in yan yan.

太後生啦,呢2個又未生bb,我驚佢地唔定性 & 唔成熟,未必可以照顧到你bb.費事來到你好似要教多個女咁啦.
好多時,海外的工人都話冇前僱主的contact,咁又係,費事煩丫麻.不過你要小心,可能佢跟本冇去sing做過,佢地個record係假都唔定.你一係叫佢地fax個passport/合約來睇下,咁起碼好d丫.最好可以同佢地親自傾下電話/視像就更好.

如果係一間好的agency 或者個工人真係好有誠意想做你呢份工,以上的事應該冇問題. 講真,如果間agency乜都唔比你,淨係得張form,咁你真係要博一鋪大.點知佢填的野係真/假

我依家個工人都係21歲, 未結婚, 但係香港做左4年同一個僱主, 我不鍾意請d年紀甘大的, 因為佢地未必會有心機同小朋友玩.

至於第二個, 一定不可以請, 因為台灣做過的, 多數好差, 因為台灣好難請工人, 要有老人家先可以請到, 所以佢地的經驗多數係湊老人家, 不係小朋友, 同埋d台灣人當佢地係寶, 黎到香港, 會好多complaint, 呢點係bk d 媽咪提出過.

所以如果可以的話, 搵過第二間agent, 看清楚d. 不好一錯再錯/
