My current helper was on Travel VISA when I interviewed her 2.5 years old. I think all procedures are same as oversea ones but you can talk to them in person.
Mine finished contract in Saudi Arabia and she flew to HK to seek new employers because we pay more!
Once I signed the contract with her, she went back to Philippines and came back once I got her working VISA.
