My maid changed her mind refused to resign saying if she resigned it will be difficult to apply another visa. So, ok I terminate her. She is going to look for a new job and she asked me for a release letter last night. Ok, I wrote her a letter, but the reason of early termination is because 'her service is no longer required'. She was fine last night, but she was crying to my husband saying that the letter doesn't have a reason for termination and request for a reason.... what should I do?
