After a complete investigation today on the rooms that you & your family stayed on Jun 30, 2010,I am in a question to myself how that happened as

Our practice is to send the sample of pool water to hygiene bureau every week to ensure our water is up to the standard set by the
concerned hygiene bureau.
2.
The cleanliness of the guestroom and room temperature are well monitored and controlled by our senior managers daily, moreover, we
have a regular pest control program to ensure our guestrooms in good condition at all times.
Having said that, your case has drawn my serious attention and I would ensure that we have senior managers spot-check all guestrooms
more frequently so as to avoid the similar case happen again to any guests.
Ms. Lee, once again, kindly accepts our apology for this incident happened to you & your family on Jun 30, 2010, Should you visit our Hotel again, please do send me an email directly in advance, I will be more than pleased to offer you one complimentary room with a welcome amenity.
