Mr. Chief Executive, knowing that we might proceed with our own investigation. I hope you may agree that our own investigation (the obvious facts tell me that the report will definitely go against the Philippine Government) will serve littl......e or no purpose until and unless it can be put to an international venue and get it endorsed. There is no point for us to get involved in the Philipine Government's investigation as they have been contaminating the evidence and controlling all witnesses. As I have said before, the only way to have an internationally-accepted finding of facts is by way of bringing the event to international court. We have strong grounds, I verily believe. Let alone the unbelievable rescue, we have the provocative letter and provocative arresting (eg, the provocative letter, as they admitted, had been drafted many hours ago but reached to the gunner's hands late because of the traffice jam; it showed that they have placed their internal policy well in front of the lives of hostages, regardless of what would happen after they had drafted their letter). As amitted by the fugitive driver, the gunner did not kill anybody until he knew about the provocative arresting, and so he started to kill the first hostage, the poor but brave tour guide. I have faith that reasoning will always be on our side. I seriouly urge you to consider that the SAR Government should back up by whatever means the family members of the deceased's family to commence an international law suit in their own names (so as to avoid your difficulty to relate this matter to the Central Government) against the Philippine Government. There is no need to say that we are not aimed at compensation. We aim at repaying the justice that the deceased victim should have and let the Philippine Government to know more about the internationally-accepted standard of value of human rights and lives.詳全文
