how to bf bb and pump as the same time?

dear all mama,
may I know how to pump and bf at the same time?
do you need any cushsion?
Actually I have try once and very little amount was pump out and I am very clumsy.

When my baby was 1-2 months, I will lay her on one side (like holding a US football),so that she did not get into my way (most importantly, she has limited mobility) and then pump on the other side. When she grows older, I simply hold her in front and pump at the sametime. Of course, when she gets older, she will move around and sometimes it can get a bit messy

Hi QQ, there are at least 2 reasons
1) one can pump more milk out when she is BF
2) save time.

I'll also lay my bb on one side and get 2 cushions to elevate him upto a level that he can suck. My 1st time of doing so was very messy as well. So just prepare all the things beside you (pump, tissue, etc). After practising a couple of times more, you'll find that it's so efficient and you can pump out more amount of milk under such situation than you just pump without bb's sucking at the same time.

My naughty Chezkel is 7 yrs old la !!
