老公個朋友比咗部舊notebook佢, 但係開機時發現要輸入username & password / insert smartcard!
如果無辨法問返個username & password, 仲可以點做, 才入到windows呢?

係著機時的 BIOS 到搞, 或, 拆機, 拆電 RESET

BIOS is locked. You have to remove the cap from the motherboard. Better to ask your man's friend to get the password. Because it's not easy to open the notebook cover for a normal user.
