for last year, those who earned less than 10k/mth could get 6k injection to MPF account. This time, all people who have MPF account (opened on or before 23 Feb 2011) can get the 6k injection
this year many people expect tax rebate or refund because this year government has a lot of reserves which is just enough to pay out 10k to each HK resident (i.e. 7x b).
