Suspect my maid use washing machine?

Hi all

I suspect my maid use washing machine to wash her clothes, coz we told her it was not allowed when she on board. How to test it? If yes, shall I give her a warning letter? Any comments.

It is difficult to find out, for my case, my maid mix her clothes with us and her clothes fade colour, all the white clothes turn to pink, so I warn her never to do this again and sometime stop the washing machine in between to check her. My previous maid also do that but her clothes does not fade colour, so I don't know for a year!!!!

我個洗衣機有洗半機功能,我准工人用洗衣機洗佢自己既衫,但一定要夠半機或一機,同埋一定唔可以同我地d衫一齊洗。佢大概一星期洗一至兩次自己衫,輕便既佢亦會手洗。將心比己,如果佢下下要手洗會好辛苦,亦0徙時間,佢d時間咪又係做我野,湊我bb既時間。當然亦要佢自律,唔係一件兩件就開機洗囉。
而bb衫,我就要求佢分開洗之餘仲要手洗,如果多既,洗完可以用機twist。對上個工人,俾我發現偷雞將bb衫同我地d衫一齊洗,我挑番出黎要佢用手洗過,我點發現?!因為有懷疑,咪又係
suddenly stop the machine and check during the washing processing.

我都覺得如果屋企環境許可, 都可以比工人用washing machine. 奈何我屋企太細, 得一個toilet, 而家已經有2個污衣藍, 1個for me and my husband, 1個for my two kids, 實在再無位放多一個 for 工人....

而且佢地做野好大汗, d衫好多時都有味, 如果比佢keep到夠1機先洗會好臭, 所以我都係叫佢每晚沖完涼手洗.

不過有時發現佢d衫洗完都會有陣味, 我懷疑佢洗得唔夠乾淨. 同佢傾過, 佢話就0甘用手洗始終唔夠乾淨, 叫我買個擦比佢洗.

我都會買個擦比佢, 另外佢用洗衣粉洗, 可能溶唔到都有影響, 所以我諗住買枝手洗洗衣液比佢, 希望會好d啦!!

手洗同機洗的衫係唔同的, 手洗比較皺, 你一眼便可以分得出; 我之前個工人又係偷偷地用, 我係洗衣機的button做手腳, 佢一開過我咪知囉. 有次叫佢手洗bb的bed side, 半日巳經乾, 我問佢點解佢話開左窗嘛, 跟住我話佢知我知佢係用機洗, 下次要用手洗, 下次咪最快要1-2日才乾囉.

Actually my ex-maid is using my washing machine to wash her clothes during our working hours because no one at home to wash her. Now i asks my maid she has to wash her clothes after her bath at night because is easy for her to hang the clothes in the bath room.

Let her use la! If the washing machine, not only
can save the time, also make the air fresh,wear clean clothes to take care baby, she will also thanks
and treat your family well!!!!

I let my ex-maid to use my washing machine to wash her clothes about 1-2 loads a week but its so strange beacuse I could smell "blood" after she washed her clothes but I didnt ask. During the humid season, I brought all of our clothes including hers to the laundry and I discovered she didnt use any sanitary napkin/tampon during menstrual period, she just wears two panties to absorb her periods (even I offered to supply her), this scene is still a shock to me, so disgusting. I will never let my maid to use my washing machine again and I bought a new washing machine. For your case, you can ask your maid to wash her clothes before she goes to bed and let you check and warn her if she uses your washing machine and let you found out you will charge her HK$100 for one load and make it black and white and ask her to sign it!
