1) Periodical Payment 按期付款 -
4/5 pay with sick leave certificate granted by the Hospital or Doctors within the sick leave period (maxi upto 2 years of sick leave from date of accident)
2) Medical Refund 醫療費 -
Maxi $200 daily for out-patient treatment and
Maxi $280 daily for both out-patient treatment and hospitalization
3) % of Permanent Disability 永久地完全喪失工作能力的補償金額
(after attending the medical assessment board)
The Injured has the right to raise an objection (only once for both employer and employee)
