Same as you, I have same problem. So, I do not want to hire mail to take care my kid. I prefer to find local baby sister to take care of it. Luckily, I found the baby sister who is very well care with my baby. Even though the amount looks a bit more to hire maid but I do not have to pay a lot invisble cost (medical expense, meal allowance, insurance...etc)

我知前個賓賓就35歲講一兩次就記得只是佢漸漸年紀大多咗病痛我至唔續佢第五年約.
