我阿媽三個幾月已經俾佢食糊仔！

現在1日2次。有時都有俾d新鮮提子汁佢飲。

你哋d BB有幾重﹖我個4個月多少少，16磅半。

My BB 5months+5days old, I want to start feeding him with rice cereal, any suggestion??
How to start? From one spoon per day or one meal?

我睇書話呢.....
bb 幾時會接受糊仔係由bb 自己決定, 開始時可以用手將 1,2粒軟飯放入bb 口中, 如果bb 唔肯吞, 即係話佢地未ready 去食solid, 可以隔幾日再try 下. 如果bb 答"下答"下吞左, 咁即係話bb 可以開始接受solid food.
開始時都唔好心急, 要由少少份量 (say 1 teaspoon) 開始, 睇下bb 適應先再加.

I give Organix Rice cereal to Momo, he loves to eat very much. Will try to give him Earth's Best, both of them are organic cereal and can be found at Citysuper and Jumps to Babe.
