你講帝柏/柏景好臭, 好嘈, 我不敢苟同. 同一屋苑, 不同座向質素不一樣, 不可以偏蓋全.

我住帝柏向內園的, 已住了兩年多, 覺得很靜, 樓下車路不繁忙, 除了一座對正公路另計, 但只影嚮該座向的單位.

其實屋苑向內園的真的很舒服, 完全感覺不到你說的問題. 在市區中找到一處交通, 購物方便, 屋苑規劃, 設施完善, 管理好, 靜中帶旺, 環境舒適, 選擇不多.

說真的, 我真的很滿意, 反而如要我搬, 更頭痛. 請不要誤會我賣廣告, 我只是有感而發, 給我住的地方一個公平評價.

I have been living in Island Harbourview for 5 years. It's true that occasionaly (not frequent) there is some bad smell from the Yaumatei Typhoon Shelter when I drive my car (with window down) along the Yaumatei Typhoon shelter (close to the One Silver Sea). Also sometimes (not frequent) there is some bad smell too when I walk across the open passenger bridge (without air con) between Olympic MTR station and Olympian City 1 too.

On other hand, occasionally there is some bad smell when I am living in low floor in IHV a few years ago, but since I moved to higher level last year, there is no bad smell anymore.

我住維港灣低層內園,都聞唔到有臭味!不過鄰近巴士站有少少車聲,但係聽人講高層會更嘈!

我住過屯門(太遠),荃灣(空氣唔好),青衣(交通唔方便,無紅van出入),再住呢度,真係無咩地方夠呢度方便,我好想搬大d,但係覺得好貴,而且九龍新樓少,真係唔知邊度好住又抵住!

如果覺得奧海城附近唔好住既朋友,不如同我研究下:我老公返工去旺角(行路15分鐘),我返荃灣(車程45分鐘),我個女返銅鑼灣(車程45分鐘),一定要有地鐵(因為唔鍾意揸車),又唔想住太舊,不如話俾我聽九龍邊度符合我既需要!

其實住咩屋苑
唔同層數同方向
居住環境都會有差別
呢點應會係大家既首要考慮條例
其次就係交通

我朋友之前(奧海城)住 2x 樓及現在住8樓未有嘈及臭問題出現, 可能是座樓方向有關

The construction quality of 柏景 is the poorest among three estates and 維港 is the best (someone said). But the price is very high and the MTR line is not really convenient when comparing with other MTR stations. Besides, when one has to go other areas of Kowloon, like Kowloon East, Ho Man Tin, it is quite inconvenient. And the school net is not good. One must consider carefully before buying those estates, which are built by Sino only.

I live in HK Island but I always go to 帝柏 & 港灣豪庭 to visit my friends.
The location of properties is the most important to considerate in Hong Kong. Perhaps the Club House of these Estates are better but their management fees are also higher ....「羊毛出在羊身上」, 包裝好D,
