(1) I gave her one month $$ and asked her to leave immediately - do not want to take risk and minimize the change of her "creating / making" evidence for my disadvantages
(2) I gave her a termination letter (a) stating the effective date (not require to state reason if giving her one month $$), (b) stating the amount of final payment and no of the cash cheque and (c) informing her to collect the ticket at my travel agent's counter (allow her to fix the date of return)
(3) She has to acknowledge receipt of the termination letter and cheque
Then asked her to take all her belongings in one lot (she asked for taking out later as she got a lot of things but I refused by giving her $100 for taxi).
Change the lock and cancel her access into our estate.
