本公司已於某年某月某日, 給你一個月解僱通知期, 但就本公司觀察所知, 你於解僱通知期內蓄意違反公司的規定, 沒有按照正常途徑請假, 經常無故缺席, 更沒有合理的解釋, 因此現給你警告,在通知期內不可無故遲到/早退,更不可無故缺席, 如要請事假, 必須24小時前親身通知上司,如病假請於當天早上 9:30am 前親身致電通知上司並於第二天早上補回註冊西醫病假紙正本以作証明,請遵守以上規則,如有再違反, 一律當擴工處理

if you don't mine, here is another reference for you:

As of our company employment policy, if any employee has any personal matters or sick leaves , they must inform their department leader in 24 hours, and must contact the department leader in person on the next day before 9:30am, if the employee doesn't has any approvel of the day off, our company will assume the emplyee is absent on that day. According to our company policy that it is not allow any employee take any absent without any notice. In this recent of days, we noticed that you are breaking the rules that we mentioned above. Now we are warning you please follow the regulations, although you are already informed of the one month employment termination; However, you are still our employee in this last one month, so please co-operate with our operation until your last day, no matter of your late and early dismissal or day off without any notice, we will assume as an absent.

Thank you for your co-operation.

You did not follow the proper procedure to apply for leave and, without reasonable explanation, you absent from work frequently. The firm is giving you a warning notice at this instant. Please do not be late for work or leave before close of business hour without sufficient reasons during the period of dismissal notice. If you wish to take a leave, kindly provide a 24 hour notice to your superior beforehand. You will also need to give your superior a call before 9:30am on the day you require a sick leave, and then supply a medical proof from a registered general practitioner the next morning. Please be reminded to follow the above rules. If you violate these rules again, the case will be treated as "absent from work without leave or reason".


I can't think of a proper description for "曠工" from the top of my head...sorry! :lol:

"absent from work without leave or reason" doesn't sound "strong" enough! Maybe other people can help??
