Any free photo editor software download?

Hi,

I bought a new notebook with Window XP but there is no Microsoft Photo Editor being installed. The existing photo editor that I have is Nero Express which doesn't have the function of resizing the photo file size.

Any photo editing software with file re-sizing, cropping functions that can be downloaded or copied for me, please?

Try "GIMP"... popular image editor tools in Linux,
but have Windows version.
