I have live in this apartment for almost 7 years.
really looking for a new place to move.
however,it seems difficult to find plus I was stuck
in here for so long.hard ,hard, hard.
am looking for hk east.
of course not la .but I can sell my apartment and
settle the account with the bank.I can buy another
one as if I am new again.
but this time 5 o/o down .the only thing is for the past 7 years : my 30 O/O downpayment and the interest were pour to the ocean. I wish I can apply as green form for gov't housing.
