將軍澳中心 or 將軍澳廣場

想租將軍澳大單位，將軍澳中心和將軍澳廣場那個間隔較好？

park central big size 908 is very good. a big master room with private toilet. I lived there before and phase I room B 908 size is facing to the sea. view is nice and science. I have no comments of park square but I think park central the management is better than it since pk is Sun Hung Kei building and p square is Nam Fung.

將中可以養狗而將廣係唔可以！
整體上將廣用料係好啲喎

將軍澳廣場＝用料比你想既(南豐)好.kitchen用ｓｉｅｍｅｎｓ．
　將軍澳中心唔錯,多成交量,發展商其實几個有ＳＨＫ+南豐+另個地產商.

I heard about Nam Fung in Hang Hau is also reasonable price for rent, Park Square maybe less rent than Park Central (also can consider). Second choice you can select East Point in Hang Hau or some other Govt house for 3 bedrooms.
