In general, I think it's quite okay if compared to the pricing. They have big podium and it's good for kids activities.
If you compared this to other properties, yes, it has difference. Old estates & big hotel surrounding make Metro Harbour View less value. But if you have car and use car as transportation, all are solved.
But for me, I wouldn't buy there, but would prefer to rent.
