想換樓, 要在半年內完成, 買樓先or賣樓先? 想買d筍盤但係又唔係成日有, 有冇人有意見?

depends on how you view the estate market. Price goes up, buy first, price goes down, sell first. Stable market, do them at the same time, i.e. put the flat to the agents and visit the showflat of your new target at the same time.
